Welcome to Inkrais ("we", "our", or "the Service"). By accessing or using Inkrais, you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Definitions

Service: The Inkrais platform and its features, including SEO analytics, AI content tools, and related web or API components.

User: Any individual or entity that creates an account or uses the Service.

Content: Any data, text, or files uploaded, submitted, or generated through the Service.

Account: The user profile created to access the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If accessing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

Acceptable Use

You must use the Service lawfully and must not:

  • Upload or generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
  • Reverse engineer or circumvent security mechanisms.
  • Abuse API or platform resources.
  • Use the Service for spam or unauthorized automation.

Prohibited categories include harmful content, harassment, adult content, political persuasion, copyrighted misuse, malware, misinformation, and other sensitive categories aligned with major AI providers.

We may restrict or suspend access if violations occur.

Account & Security

You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your Account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your actions.

Subscription & Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Pricing may change with prior notice.

Payments are handled by third-party processors such as Paddle. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

Refunds are available only for first-time users within a 14-day window.

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Maintenance, disruptions, or feature changes may occur.

Data Processing

By using the Service, you allow us to store and process your data to operate and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.

We may use anonymized data for model improvement, with an opt-out option available.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party service providers as necessary to operate the Service. Your data may be shared with such providers solely for functional and operational purposes. We are not responsible for disruptions, failures, or changes caused by these external providers.

Intellectual Property

Inkrais owns the platform, design, codebase, trademarks, and technology. Users retain rights to their Content.

You may not copy platform assets or claim ownership of underlying systems.

API Usage

If API access is provided, usage must comply with rate limits and fair-use rules. Inkrais currently does not offer public API access.

Data Retention & Deletion

When an Account is deleted:

  • Personal data is removed or anonymized within 30 days.
  • Logs may be retained for security purposes.

Inactive Accounts may be deleted after 12 months.

AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may include inaccuracies or hallucinated information. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs must be reviewed and verified.
  • We do not guarantee factual accuracy.
  • You are responsible for any decisions made using AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

Inkrais is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Incorrect SEO recommendations or AI outputs
  • Downtime or data loss

Your use of the Service and AI outputs is at your own risk. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Inkrais from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breaches of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account for violations of these Terms. Access is revoked upon termination, and data may be deleted.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first go through mediation. If unresolved, they will proceed to arbitration before any court process. Jurisdiction is the South Jakarta District Court.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance.
